Pictures on burx.com are taken with a Canon QX-3000 or a Nikon D70 by Daniel Ashbrook. Prints are 12"x18"; images are cropped to fit the aspect ratio if they don't match and therefore prints may differ very slightly from images on the site.

Daniel Ashbrook is an amateur photographer who has long been interested in the links between technology and art. Currently a Ph.D. student in computer science at Georgia Tech, Daniel has begun investing more time in the art of photography. He has travelled extensively in Europe and Asia, using his lens to to capture unique patterns, meteorological moments, and architecture. Recently, Daniel sold his first photo at a fundraiser for the Museum of Contemporary Arts in Atlanta. His work also appeared in the Winter 2005 issue of the literary magazine Boston Review.
